1. About Shift +
Shift + is a scheduling and productivity tool for shift workers across different organisations. These terms apply to the app, website and support materials. By using Shift +, you agree to these terms.
2. Your schedule and duty records
Keep your selected roster, unit and shift times up to date with your organisation’s schedule. Shift + helps you manage this information; you remain responsible for accurately recording your duty times through your organisation’s time-recording process.
3. Work Alarms
Shift + is designed to provide reliable work reminders to help you manage your duties and meet your organisation's time-recording requirements.
Work Alarms are optional reminders for actions associated with your work schedule, including recording the start and end of duty.
To ensure Work Alarms operate as intended, you are responsible for maintaining the appropriate device settings, permissions and notification configurations, and for ensuring that other applications or device restrictions do not interfere with their operation.
By enabling Work Alarms, you acknowledge that responsibility for configuring your device correctly, monitoring your reminders and accurately recording your duty times remains with you.
Use Test Alarm during setup and after changing device permissions or notification settings to check your configuration.
4. Using and updating Shift +
We provide Shift + with reasonable care and skill and maintain it for compatibility and product improvements. Operation also depends on device settings and other applications, which we cannot fully control. If these terms change materially for Work Alarms, we will ask you to acknowledge the updated version before enabling them again.
5. Premium and purchases
Google Play handles Premium purchases. Check its purchase screen for the current price and applicable purchase, cancellation and refund terms.
6. Responsible use
Use Shift + lawfully, respect its security and keep Home Assistant pairing codes and credentials private.
7. Responsibility and your rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by inaccurate information you supply or device conditions outside our reasonable control, or for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. This does not exclude our responsibility to provide Shift + with reasonable care and skill or any liability, consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded. Your mandatory rights under the laws that apply where you live remain protected.
